War Dept. is on my case. No sense of humor today. I have to call it a day. Before and after on the #1 pulley. Pic #2 is mounted in place.

The black knob is the friction override that will allow the drive to slip if there is too much drag..

I need to put the drive pin in and get a 22 inch 40 tooth X 2.5mm pitch belt and it's a done deal Tom. Abel Trans. tomorrow should have one.

1/16 endmill at 1650 really makes your day in a manual mill. The it the engagement pin slot. All I need not is the belt. It will be here Saturday. I tried it with a vacuum cleaner anr it works OK. A little slip was evident but I think that was just the type of belt.
