RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - EdK - 05-08-2015 Got it. ebay searches don't follow the criteria entered. I entered a 400 mile radius and it was displaying results from Massachusetts and California. Ed RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - Vinny - 05-09-2015 See? It works! RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - Sunset Machine - 05-09-2015 Ever try the RSS craigslist feeds? It lives on the taskbar/panel/whatever at the bottom of your screen. Mine checks every hour and turns green when it finds something, and then I can use it to open a browser normal-like and get the nitty-gritty. Search Tempest for area-wide searches, RSS for local or specific lists, and a whole lot of patience should turn something up. RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - Mayhem - 05-09-2015 I get that too Ed. I put a 200 Km search radius and it displays things in Sydney! RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - EdK - 05-09-2015 (05-09-2015, 08:18 AM)Sunset Machine Wrote: Ever try the RSS craigslist feeds? There's a setting under "Preferences" on the result screen to disable those searches. RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - DaveH - 06-03-2015 So ............ what did you get Ed, DaveH RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - Vinny - 06-03-2015 no pics ... he got nothing. RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - EdK - 06-04-2015 Vinny got it right. I'm going to keep looking for a full sized, used mill until mid-August. If I haven't found anything by then I'm going with the Precision Matthews PM-935 mill. Ed RE: Looking At A Bigger Mill - Vinny - 06-04-2015 A solid plan. I like that. |
