Tom this is a coupling i made about a year ago. WE had one failing at work and it was gonna take a couple of weeks to get one in so they had me make it. I think the od was about 14 inches and the id was around 8. Been so long i dont remember. 1 1/2 or 2 inch key i think. Anyways these were supposed to be body fit bolts. The one running had 20 mm bolts but the new jackshaft had 22 mm holes. I told em no problem i'll just put you 2- 10 bolt bolt circles in there. Which is what i did. Our sony readout will let you program bolt circles bot i just did all the trig with my trusty old texas instrument calculator. piece of cake.
