Two words... Not - Human. He can't be. He gets more done in a day than I can get done in a year! RE: Fire Wood Processor - Black Forest - 04-04-2016 I have never seen a vise like you have mounted on your shaper. Very good idea. RE: Fire Wood Processor - f350ca - 04-15-2016 Been doing lots of little bits that aren't worth posting. Wiring the engine, building throttle and shut down linkages etc. With a box of fittings in hand we started running pipe today. Takes a while to get your head around where they need to run to avoid the next one and what direction to make the bend (yah had to cut a couple of bends off) . One end is flared but the ends at the valve had to be silver soldered on, the valve is too small for the flare nuts to clear each other. I was getting ready to start hammering on you again about not posting your progress. Looks really professional so far. Great job. RE: Fire Wood Processor - f350ca - 04-16-2016 Much better than hose would, you see a lot of equipment thats all hose then add an oil cooler. Plus the tubing was free and the flared ends are a lot cheaper than the crimp on hose ends. Although somehow I feel that the gap between Greg's work and my work is more than just owning a shaper... How 'bout a keyway broach? If you have a arbor press (preferred) or a hydraulic press you can use a broach.
