been out in the back yard playing with the furnace again.

looks pretty good from this side

but I know how to fix it, should of put a riser on the hub to feed back into the part when it cooled off, NiBrAl shrinks really bad in some castings.

Tackit it just takes a little knowledge and a whole bucketful of heat to do it.

Second try didn't turn out o good either, its got a big hot tear in it and what looks like some sand that washed out in the hub, so hopefully the fourth time will be the good one.

heres a shot of the second pour that I did today you can see the hot tear in it up against the hub.[attachment=9232]

can you thicken the webbing from the center hub to the outer part of pulley? to me it looks like it's flowing thru the heavy sections not thru the thin.
