Anybody else have the audio cut out on them when watching this video? It cuts out at about 1:30 and comes back at about 2:50 and then cuts out again at some point that I don't recall.

Seems to be good from my end Ed. Have you checked the batteries in your hearing aid lately? Slaphead

Ed, if you think you're shabbily treated, all I got was this

I did route it through You Tube but when I saw it was 9+ mins.
I got impatient and gave up.

Ah, maybe that's it. I'll put some new batteries in and see if that helps. Big Grin

When I watched it I chose the highest resolution. I'll go back and watch it again but leave the resolutions on the default and see if I still have the problem.

Update: OK, the problem only appears if you select one of the HD resolutions, even with new batteries in the hearing aid. All other resolutions seem to play with no lose of audio.

How about a vid on making a three eighths or half square recess in the end of a pin to turn with either a chuck key or a ratchet tom

Hey Tom,

I think we can solve that problem without the need for a video. Why not just weld or solver solder a 3/8" or 1/2" drive socket to the end of the pin? If that doesn't float your boat, just mill a square pocket in the end of the pin and pick the radii out of the corners with a slotting tool like I did in my Steven's build thread.

http://www.homemodelenginemachinist.com/index.php?topic=5495.0 This is the project I want to build and would like to make my own locking pins for the DI chuck 3 of them and would just like to be able to say I built the whole thing pins locks etc without welding, and a small radius in the corner of the pocket would be fine. tom
