I always imagined him as being a bit taller. RE: What do you build when you have too much time? - krv3000 - 05-17-2012 he don't seem to have much of a tan must be spending too much time in the workshop or with miss Piggy RE: What do you build when you have too much time? - Mayhem - 05-17-2012 Good job he is a muppet and not a puppet - that would be somewhat uncomfortable, especially if his operator wore a chunky wrist watch RE: What do you build when you have too much time? - EdK - 05-17-2012 I thought he was a yellow frog? Hmmm, maybe a chameleon frog? Ed RE: What do you build when you have too much time? - Highpower - 05-17-2012 Nah. Yellow is out. We all know Dave gives 110%, all the time. Yellow would be too easy. I've heard it said that "it ain't easy being green......." RE: What do you build when you have too much time? - DaveH - 05-17-2012 Funny you should mention "green" To day I bought a 4 watt LED to replace the 20w halogen one, used on the milling machine. [attachment=1646] [attachment=1647] I worked it out it will take approx 30 years to break even Still it is the thought that counts DaveH RE: What do you build when you have too much time? - EdK - 05-17-2012 Dave, You'll have a whole lot less heat to deal with using the LED light. I hate halogen lights because of the large amounts of heat they generate.
