I pondered for days and looked at 30 or so pics to see exactly where it was bent and where i need to beat on it to straighten it without breaking it. I made a simple fixture with plates to sandwich the the lever in supported by three 1/2" bolts and a 1" aluminum disc in the trigger area. After i saw it was going to support the right side of the lever i beat on the left end with a hammer and an aluminum bar. It took 3 tries to make it right but it worked and the gun functions correct now. Now to fit the new bolt carrier and get ready to thread my barrel blank...Bob RE: 1905 Marlin '94 needs help. - TomG - 12-22-2013 That looks much better! The lad I was hunting with said it sounded like a machine gun when I shot at a moose. I really didn't want to kill the animal, just scare it away.
