RE: home made foundry tools - chucketn - 09-28-2013 Anyone have plans for a bellows for blowing out the mold? Any other drawings or builds on making molding tools? I'm working on a wood rammer now. I have one flask built, a riddler and a seive. I have a couple of spoons from a late friend that did pottery, and a couple of old flatware spoons. Chuck RE: home made foundry tools - oldgoaly - 09-28-2013 I guess I'm too windy.... as I just blow it out.... I like the soft brush on the right of my small tools pic earlier in the thread, a chip brush works too. I'll get some pics of the cornering tools well better yet I'll post a pic of a super neat set of foundry tools, not mine but oh so nice [attachment=6643] [attachment=6644] [attachment=6645] [attachment=6646] [attachment=6647] [attachment=6648] |
