That's a beast Tony. It's been a long time since I've run a lathe that big and there's a lot you can do with that kind of HP. I had the privilege of running a 19" Regal once and it cut steel like butter. I'd like to see some video once it's up and running.

Yeah Tom, no substitute for power. I'll try to get some chips popping off it when I get it under power. I have to experiment a little with making a video. Ironic. Part of my living is from video surveillance systems and security, but I don't own a standard video camera. I have a dozen security cameras on hand at any given time, but never gave any thought to making a recording of anything other than monitoring the designated areas of a customers facility.

It's probably the heaviest thing on it.....yet. There is a radial drill I am eyeballing at that shop too. It pulled well, even with a tired old 305 though. Trailer is all steel, and well built. Made for car hauling, I suspect it really wasn't overloaded. Much...
