RE: Let's See Your Mill - sasquatch - 11-18-2012 You took the mill through the kitchen?? RE: Let's See Your Mill - Bill Gruby - 11-18-2012 Nope, right across the rug in the living room. Piece of cake, 45 minutes start to finish. War Department was not home. "Billy G" RE: Let's See Your Mill - sasquatch - 11-18-2012 Thank goodness the missus was out or you would have been "Grounded " for that one!! Lol RE: Let's See Your Mill - 4R8 - 11-18-2012 Looks like you got a good deal on that one Bill! While it's apart, it's a good opportunity for a freshen up! RE: Let's See Your Mill - Bill Gruby - 11-19-2012 Have to replace the rubber vibration isolators on the motor mount. Had to make them, what else is new. The new ones are nylon with a rubber washer attached. To keep the nylon from snapping under tightening pressure, fender washers are used. Thr picture shows the parts and what they replace. "Billy G" RE: Let's See Your Mill - Rickabilly - 11-20-2012 So we're going to see some milling on the radial now ;-) I for one think you've done really well on that lil mill. Regards Rick RE: Let's See Your Mill - Bill Gruby - 11-20-2012 Yes Rick, it's back to the Radial now. Been waiting for this mill for some time now. Best part is that now my mill is in the shop, no more running to the garage. Hoping to have it running by the week-end. "Billy G" RE: Let's See Your Mill - Mayhem - 11-20-2012 Pics Bill - we need pics! RE: Let's See Your Mill - Bill Gruby - 11-27-2012 Before and after.
