RE: Dumpster Dive Results - Hopefuldave - 05-11-2015 Well, hadn't looked for a few days, had a reasonable haul.... 100cm x 50cm T-slotted table, aluminium not iron so manageable but not as rigid as I'd like; Nice case to put my heat-treatment oven into (but with a rip in the mesh :'(); No less than six mag bases, plenty of rods and clamps to fit, some flat and veed bases (probably from optical tables, we have lots of those...); a handful of micrometer stages, to make a stage for under my binocular scope (poor man's coordinate measuing machine for the use of?) Some useful steel and aluminium drops; I was tempted by a little blower for my foundry furnace - that outlet's 12" diameter, the motor's 3HP 3-phase!
