RE: Latest Delivery - Mike E. - 11-23-2016 Although my shop equipment is packed up in a storage unit until I get my new garage built, I can't resist buying good tools when they surface. Scored this superb quality 3" Abwood machine vice for a bargain, in what I would call almost new condition; on Ebay. RE: Latest Delivery - Mike E. - 11-30-2016 My name is Mike. I am an Ebay-aholic , and I like it. Had a nice surprise this morning. Got a delivery I wasn't expecting until next week. Bigger than they look (note tooth brush for scale), but a great set of clamps for the Mill. RE: Latest Delivery - RobWilson - 12-03-2016 Afternoon Chaps Just a wee update , this is what has arrived this week . I now have nearly all the gear I need for the workshop 3 phase wiring , just a few more 3P MCB's ,one more isolator should about do it . Rob RE: Latest Delivery - krv3000 - 12-03-2016 nice one rob RE: Latest Delivery - Mayhem - 12-03-2016 Looks like it is all coming together Rob RE: Latest Delivery - Mike E. - 12-03-2016 I found these 2" x 1/2" Toolpost Grinder wheels on ebay in an unrelated listing. They are marked " TYROLIT " with an identification number A3GR and no other markings. The wheels look like old-stock, and don't appear to be modern imports; but I haven' been able to find any information. Awhile back, I bought a Boxford Toolpost Grinder, but it only came with two used wheels. Looking at the Dumore site, the small grinding wheels seem quite expensive, so I figured I couldn't go wrong buying the ten of these for about the price of a meal at McDonalds. Is anyone here familiar with, or have used this type of wheel ? RE: Latest Delivery - EdK - 12-03-2016 (12-03-2016, 07:24 PM)Mike E. That looks like a nice score to me. A nice size for a tool post grinder. No sky hooks?? RE: Latest Delivery - Mike E. - 12-04-2016 I think stainless screws for "A" would look more aesthetically pleasing. On a more serious note, google Screw Fix, and look for "Tower Round Cable Supports"; a pack of 100 costs less than £2.oo |
