RE: Latest UPS Delivery - Mayhem - 11-27-2013 Tom - I believe that Ed has reached the age or dry dreams and wet farts RE: Latest UPS Delivery - PixMan - 11-27-2013 (11-26-2013, 09:26 PM)Mayhem Wrote: You can't just post a picture of the box Ed Let me help you out with that then. It would look like this one that the red arrow is pointing at. Just a few more to go Ed, and you'll be able to tap just about anything, any size up to 3/4"/20mm threads. Beyond that, single point 'em! Ed (I think ) RE: Latest UPS Delivery - EdK - 11-27-2013 Here's my version of what Ken already showed you. Ed [attachment=7309] RE: Latest UPS Delivery - starlight_tools - 11-29-2013 OK Ed, can't let you get all the goodies. Here is the latest I picked up for use with the presses. Mueller Kueps Press and Pull Sleeve kit. # 609400 44 mm (38 mm) x 34 mm up to 82 mm (76 mm) x 72 mm in steps of 2 mm and 55 mm long. One end has an internal step the ( dimension ) in one end so they can be stacked and nested togther. Tie bolts with thrust bearing nuts and stepped end plates. [attachment=7318] [attachment=7319] This set overlaps slightly but basicly steps up from where my other set left off, shown in this picture of my friends set on its original wooden stand. Mine is stored in the door shelves if my wall cabinets. [attachment=7320] This set is from 9.55 mm x 6.15 mm to 49.26 mm x 42.86 mm in both 38 and 101.5 mm long. [attachment=7323] [attachment=7324] Walter RE: Latest UPS Delivery - ScrapMetal - 11-29-2013 My latest acquisition showed up today (the lady who delivers our mail was not happy )... Ellis dividing head: Now it's slated for a session in the Evapo-rust, general clean up, and lubrication. -Ron RE: Latest UPS Delivery - starlight_tools - 11-30-2013 Ron Nice dividing head I got a Vertex 9" a month back. Was supposed to be B&S #9 but was MT3 and the spindle was supposed to be 1-1/2x8 threaded with the primary index plate seerate from the chuck plate, but now they are combined.. GRRRR. [attachment=7325] So it will work, but more trouble to change chucks etc if needed. Walter RE: Latest UPS Delivery - stevec - 11-30-2013 Ordered this yesterday. VFD RE: Latest UPS Delivery - EdK - 07-25-2014 Got these dies today. They are made in China but at least they are some version of HSS, at least they claim to be. I checked the price on the better ones and they were way over my budget. If these don't work out, I'll just buy good ones as I need them rather than drain the bank account all at once. Ed [attachment=8893] RE: Latest UPS Delivery - DaveH - 07-25-2014 Look alright from here Ed, ............ I'm sure they will be fine DaveH |
